The State of Yoga: Through Breath and Meditation

NOVEMBER 2026 This course is an overview of inner practices and how they contribute to the state of yoga.  These primarily include pranayama and meditation, but also other practices such as mudra, bandhas, yoga nidra, and restorative.  We explore the practices as separate elements, but also the ways in which they integrate.
