About this module
In this module, learn how meditation impacts the brain and nervous system, with a particular emphasis on stress relief. In addition we will explore trauma awareness and what it means to teach with inclusivity and diversity in mind. This module can be interesting for yoga teachers who want to learn more about inclusive teaching, difference and diversity without being purely interested in teaching meditation.

The modules can be taken independently or booked as a series – and those taking all four also have the option to gain Yogacampus Meditation Teacher certification
