The Mind of Restorative Yoga

Sept 2026 When the body is adequately supported, the mind may become more noticeable... busy, restless, or noisy. Explore what is happening when the mind does not immediately settle, and how to remain present with experience without striving for silence. Drawing inspiration from Vipassana (Insight Meditation) and the iRest® Yoga Nidra model, this work emphasises somatisation, grounding awareness in direct bodily experience before cognitive narratives take over.
