In this series of classes we start Yoga Nidra by dissolving tension from the peripheral limbs and superficial fascia. Then we relax inward toward the core in order to dissolve tension in the nervous system, gut, spine and brain. Ultimately, we experience the unitive state of absorption free from distraction and division. At the end of the calendar year, join us for this Yoga Nidra experience of profound serenity and peace. Each class includes a movement practice prior to the practice of yogic sleep.
